The Administrator carefully selects and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed data, including securing the data against unauthorized disclosure, as well as other cases of disclosure or loss, and against destruction or unauthorized modification of the indicated data, and against processing in violation of the applicable legal provisions. The Administrator exercises constant control over the data processing process and limits access to the data as much as possible, granting appropriate authorizations only when necessary.

- Contact form - the purpose of processing data (name, surname, phone number, e-mail) is to provide an electronic (via e-mail) or telephone (including via SMS) response to your inquiry. Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (handling of offer inquiries) or Article 6(1)(a) (ensuring proper handling of other inquiries);
- Recruitment using forms or e-mail messages – the purpose of processing data (CV, cover letters, additional information) is to consider your application in the recruitment process. Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (in case of ongoing recruitment) or Article 6(1)(a) (consent expressed in the content of the CV and cover letter; if you want your application to be used also in other recruitments, please state this in the clause);
- Marketing of own services and sending commercial information related to the Administrator's activity - the purpose of processing data is to send commercial information related to the Administrator's offer and promotional materials by the Administrator. Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (f);
- Webinar registration - the purpose of processing data is to organize and conduct the webinar. Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(a);
- Fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Personal Data Administrator. Legal basis: GDPR Article;
- Resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or a third party, in particular for the purpose of asserting, establishing, and defending against claims, ensuring IT security, archival and statistical purposes, as well as for analytical purposes, which consist in analyzing data collected automatically when using the website, including cookies, e.g., Google Analytics cookies, Facebook pixel, Salesmanago.pl, Yandex.Metrica, and also for profiling for marketing purposes. Purpose and basis for data processing

- In relation to the processing purpose defined in point 1 – for the period necessary to clarify the matter in connection with receiving an inquiry through the contact form placed on the website, and in case of consent to receive commercial information – for the period necessary due to the business needs of the Administrator. Data will not be processed for longer than 1 year or until the withdrawal of consent to personal data processing;
- In relation to the processing purpose defined in point 2 – for the period necessary to carry out the ongoing recruitment process, and if the candidate has consented to data processing in future recruitment processes, also later, but for no longer than 1 year;
- In relation to the processing purpose defined in point 3 – for the period necessary due to the business needs of the Administrator, but not longer than 2 years or until the withdrawal of consent to personal data processing;
- In relation to the processing purpose defined in point 4 – for the period necessary to organize and conduct the webinar;
- In relation to the processing purpose defined in points 5 and 6 – for the period necessary to achieve the indicated processing purpose, but not longer than the period resulting from the provisions on archiving and limitation of claims, as well as tax law provisions.
After the expiration of the specified periods, the data will be deleted.
You have the following rights:
- the right to access your personal data, to rectify, erase, or restrict their processing;
- the right to object to the processing of your personal data, including profiling;
- the right to data portability;
- if processing is based on your consent, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (data protection authority) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR regulations.
Recipients of personal data may include authorized employees of the Data Administrator, entities providing legal services, external service providers (e.g., entities providing IT services, entities handling mailing, entities providing accounting and tax services, other entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator based on a personal data processing agreement), as well as entities authorized under applicable law (in particular courts and state authorities).
Personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
Due to the Administrator's use of services from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, your personal data may be transferred to the United States of America (USA). These platforms use approved contractual clauses or apply security mechanisms indicated in the GDPR, as appropriate, for transferring data from the European Economic Area to the United States and other countries.
The Administrator may also use Google services, which maintain servers worldwide, so personal data may be processed on servers located outside the European Economic Area. Google applies security mechanisms provided by the GDPR.

The personal data administrator for the fan page (profile) on the social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Twitter is 4PEOPLE Limited Liability Company, based in Katowice.
The Administrator processes data of Users who:
- have subscribed to the fan page or other profile on the social media platform by clicking the "Like" or "Follow" icon,the right to object to the processing of your personal data, including profiling;
- have published their comment or clicked the "Like" or similar icon under any of the posts on the fan page (profile).
The Administrator may process the following data:
- basic identification data (name and surname) within the scope published by Users on their own profiles on the social media platform,
- data published by Users on the profile on the social media platform.
The personal data of Users may be processed for the following purposes:
- conducting the 4PEOPLE - higher level of marketing fan page on the Facebook social media platform, including administering and managing the fan page and communicating with Users, on the terms and principles set by Facebook Inc., based on Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR;
- conducting the 4peoplepl profile on the Instagram social media platform, including administering and managing the profile and communicating with Users, on the terms and principles set by Facebook Inc., based on Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR;
- conducting the 4PEOPLE - higher level of marketing profile on the LinkedIn social media platform, including administering and managing the profile and communicating with Users, on the terms and principles set by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, based on Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR;
- conducting the 4PEOPLE profile on the Twitter social media platform, including administering and managing the profile and communicating with Users, on the terms and principles set by Twitter, Inc., based on Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR;
- potential determination, investigation or defense against claims, based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,
- customer satisfaction surveys and determining the quality of products offered by the administrator, based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Recipients of Users' personal data processed in connection with activities on social media platforms may include:
- authorized employees of the Data Administrator,
- entities related to the Administrator by a contract for the provision of services in the scope of ensuring the functioning of the fan page or other profile on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter,
- the owner of the Facebook and Instagram social media platforms in the scope resulting from ensuring the functioning of the fan page on Facebook and Instagram - in accordance with the regulations of these platforms,
- the owner of the LinkedIn social media platform in the scope resulting from ensuring the functioning of the profile on LinkedIn - in accordance with the regulations of this platform,
- the owner of the Twitter social media platform in the scope resulting from ensuring the functioning of the account on Twitter - in accordance with the regulations of this platform.
User data has been obtained from the Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter platforms, and from public User profiles on the indicated internet platforms.
Users' personal data will be stored for the period necessary due to the Administrator's business needs, for the duration of the fan page (profile) or until the User objects to their processing, withdraws consent - if the data was processed based on consent, or the Administrator itself determines that the data has become outdated.
The User has the rights listed in the content of this Privacy Policy.
The Administrator does not make decisions that have legal effects or similarly affect you. Your personal data may be processed in the form of profiling for the purpose of implementing marketing activities by the Administrator. Automated data processing allows for the assessment of selected behaviors, the creation of future behavior forecasts, and the display of marketing content. However, this does not affect your legal situation. You have the right to object to profiling if it would have a negative impact on your rights and obligations.
Changes to the privacy policy
The Data Administrator reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy, provided that the applicable law requires it, the technological conditions of the Service's functioning change, or the change introduces a standard higher than the minimum required by law.
